Wine is a second career for, Adam Sageser. He began in the theater world, performing and teaching from the age of eight and continued well into his thirties. However, when you work in theater you always need a part time job and Adam found that as a Bern’s Steak House wine steward. The age and size of Bern’s wine collection, caused him to become a little obsessed with learning about wine and after a number of years and certifications, he decided that this is where he wanted to be full time. Adam finds that his love of history, showmanship and story telling all make him perfectly suited for this world of wine that he’s stumbled into and has been happily working in it for close to a decade.
