Courtney Youngblood is a recent transplant from the great state of North Carolina. She has had a tremendous passion for food and wine from an early age. After having traveled extensively throughout the US, South America, Europe, Africa, and Australia and living abroad for some time, she sees food and wine as the greatest link that brings all people together. Her professional journey began on the other side of the industry as a chef. After graduating with honors from the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, she trained with some of the greatest chefs in the south. She traded in her chef knives for a wine key and worked in wine retail and sales and distribution before starting in the Bern’s cellar in July of 2021. Her favorite thing is helping people find the perfect wine to complement their meal and she’s thrilled to be doing that with access to the vast and historic cellar of Bern’s.
