Dustin French is an Upstate New York native who joined the Bern’s team in 2020. Dustin grew up in the restaurant industry and began working alongside his mother at just twelve years old. He went on to receive a degree in Economics from the University at Buffalo and dipped his toes in the world of finance before returning to hospitality and exploring his passion for wine. Dustin has a special interest in the wine regions of the Northern Rhone in France and Piedmont in Italy.
A certified Sommelier, Dustin is passionate about continuing his studies and can often be found with his nose in a pile of flashcards, studying maps, or at a tasting group. Dustin’s favorite part of his job is getting the opportunity to educate guests and curate memorable experiences with the perfect bottle of wine.
